Farmware's intellectual property (i.e. the programming code) has been sold to a well established AgriTech company, known as Practical Systems Limited, based in Armidale, NSW.

However, this sale does not include the Farmware company, brand or website.

Practical Systems have advised us that they are making this acquisition with the intent to use the Farmware code as the launching point for a new service in farm operations software.
